How to exorcise the demon in me?

I have been possesed! For sure.
It has been happening to me on a daily basis.

I set the alarm at 7.00 am daily before going to bed.
The next day at 7.00 am the alarm goes off.
I wake up, check the time and set the alarm on snooze to catch extra 10 minutes of sleep.
10 minutes later, it happens again. I set it on snooze. Sleep.
10 minutes later, it happens again. I set it on snooze. Sleep.
10 minutes later. I switch off the alarm. Sleep.

when I wake up it always 8.40am plus or even 9.15am plus!
I should be at work at 8.30am! GOSH!

And I will start my day by swearing myself with the word "SHIT!"

It's happening daily. How can I help myself? Anyone with tips, please help me.
I need it urgently. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

i guess sleeping earyl is not in ur books...try writing on a piece of paper and sticking it right in front of you...IF I DONT GO TO WORK, THE WILL SACK ME...

before u go to sleep, tell your pillow (actually your subconscious mindla) I need to wake up by -- (whatever time it is you hafta wake up) am tomoro.

Try it a few times and see if it works.

I did it and now it's like I have an internal alarm clock cz I wake up on the dot every day even if I forget to set my fone alarm.

Sleeping early doesn't really help. Whatever time i go to bed, it's always late for me to wake up! Grr....

I have been trying that for the past 3 days. Not sure if I have ended up with a deaf pillow. I will continue trying it as well.

You should have Danil instead. He will make sure you are woken up at 12am, 2am, 4am, 4.30am then lastly at 7.58am.

There is no technique to waking from slumber. Perhaps your alarm clock is factory preset to allow only four snooze sessions before giving up.
Either that or it could just be me wishing you NEVER wake up so I can take control of your soul in the darkness.
